How do I keep track of my Rewards?
Just log on to your account on yestocarrots.com, and click on Yes Club. Your order history and rewards totals are right there. This way, you will always know how close you are to reaching the next level.
How do I redeem my FREE SHIPPING?
You don't have to do anything! Once you have earned your FREE SHIPPING, it will automatically show up on your checkout page as FREE as long as you are logged into your account. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available to our international, Hawaiian and Alaskan shoppers (sorry guys!).
How do I know when I have reached the next level and receive 15%, 20%, or 35% off?
Just login to your Yes Club account and click on "Reward Details". That will tell you your fruit/veggie status!
How do I redeem my Yes To rewards?
It's easy! When you reach each status level, you will see a button that says "Submit Promotion Code." Simply input "yesclub" and the discount will appear! Our team will verify your membership and rewards level before applying the discount.
Do my Yes Club reward codes and Free Shipping ever expire?
Yes Club statuses are measured on a calendar year – accruing points January through December. During that time you can accumulate as many (amazing) rewards as possible! Our current Yes Club rewards will expire on December 31. On January 1 points will go to zero and you start earning again!
I've signed up for more than one Yes Club account using different email addresses. Can I merge them?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to combine or merge accounts at this time. We recommend identifying one and making sure to use that email address consistently for your rewards to accrue through the calendar year.
What happens if I forget to log in to my Yes Club account when I place my orders?
The good news is that as long as you are using the same email address, our system can recognize and award the appropriate points to your rewards account even if you’re not logged in - ah, the wonders of technology! If you place an order using an email address that is different from the one associated with your account, the order value will not apply to your account to earn rewards.
The fine print:
- Rewards expire at the end of the calendar year. On January 1 each year rewards will go to zero and you begin earning again.
- Rewards are awarded within 24 hours after your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Also, if you order something that is out of stock, you will not be charged and therefore will not earn rewards for that item.
- Rewards (Yes To codes & FREE SHIPPING) are not applicable on all items. Reward codes cannot be combined with any other coupons, vouchers or applied to already discounted or ‘sale’ merchandise.
- Free Shipping rewards are valid on up to 25 orders each calendar year.
- Once you reach a status level, the rewards will be available for use with your NEXT purchase on yestocarrots.com.
- Yes To rewards cannot be accrued or redeemed on non-full price or last chance items.
- Yes To reward codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in stores.
- Orders redeemed with Yes To codes are final sales and are not eligible for return.
- Yes To reserves the right to alter this rewards program at any time.
