FAQ: THE FINE PRINT

How do I keep track of my Rewards? Just log on to your account on yestocarrots.com, and click on Yes Club. Your order history and rewards totals are right there. This way, you will always know how close you are to reaching the next level.

How do I redeem my FREE SHIPPING? You don't have to do anything! Once you have earned your FREE SHIPPING, it will automatically show up on your checkout page as FREE. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available to our international, Hawaiian and Alaskan shoppers.

How do I know when I have reached the next level and receive 15%, 20%, or 35% off? Just login to your Yes Club account and click on "Reward Details". That will tell you your fruit/veggie status!

How do I redeem my Yes To rewards? It's easy! When you reach each status level, you will see a button that says "Submit Promotion Code." Simply input "yesclub" and the discount will appear! Our team will verify your membership and rewards level before applying the discount!

Do my rewards ever expire? The Yes Club points are measured on a calendar year – accruing points January through December. During that time you can accumulate as many (amazing) rewards as possible! Our current Yes Club rewards will expire on December 31, 2014. On January 1, 2015 they will go to zero and you start earning again!

Will my Yes To codes and FREE SHIPPING ever expire? Current Yes To codes and FREE SHIPPING benefits will expire December 31, 2014.

The fine print:

  • Rewards (Yes To codes & FREE SHIPPING) are not applicable on all Yes To items. Check product pages for exceptions.
  • Rewards expire at the end of the calendar year. On January 1, 2015 current rewards will go to zero and you start earning again.
  • Rewards are awarded within 24 hours after your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Also, if you order something that is out of stock, you will not be charged and therefore will not earn rewards for that item.
  • Once you accumulate a target level of rewards, they will be available for use with your NEXT purchase on yestocarrots.com.
  • Yes To codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in stores.
  • Yes To codes cannot be combined with any other coupon or on bundles – but they can be used for "sale" merchandise.
  • Yes To reserves the right to alter this rewards program at any time.
  • Yes To rewards cannot be accrued or redeemed on non-full price or last chance items.
  • Orders redeemed with Yes To codes are final sales and are not eligible for return.
