SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Yes To, Inc. ships via UPS Basic as standard service. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We know you are excited to receive your product and we will work to insure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible, so you can begin loving your Yes To products. All orders placed before 2pm, Pacific Time are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Please remember, there will be times when we experience higher order volume, so please bear with us as this can cause delays in shipment.
Yes To, Inc. is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address. Should you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-888-92-YESTO.
We ship all orders (except those that go to PO BOX, APO, AK, HI) via FedEx Smartpost for a flat rate of $7 (excluding sales tax). If your order subtotal is $50 or greater, you will receive free shipping. You will normally receive your order within 7-10 business days. During certain times of year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the fedex.com website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Yes To, Inc. is not responsible for any FedEx shipping delays.
United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) Priority
This option is only available for PO BOX, APO, AK, HI. The $7 shipping rate applies.
ALASKA & HAWAII.
UPS Basic and UPS Standard Overnight are not available. USPS Priority will be used. The $7 shipping rate applies.
P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes addresses will be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method. The $7 shipping rate applies.
Yes To products can only be ordered by and shipped to US customers only. Please see a list of all International Retail Locations to purchase Yes To products in your country.

TRACKING AND SHIPMENT
All packages sent via FedEx will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped. Please allow 48 hours for response to your email.
Yes To, Inc. is not liable for any lost shipments when USPS is selected as the shipping method. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments directly with USPS
