SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Yes To, Inc. ships via UPS Basic as standard service. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We know you are excited to receive your product and we will work to insure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible, so you can begin loving your Yes To products. All orders placed before 2pm, Pacific Time will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Please remember, there will be times when we experience higher order volume, so please bare with us as this can cause delays in shipment.

You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery (Additional charges apply. See table below for details). Delivery times for UPS 2Day, UPS Standard Overnight, and USPS Priority shipping are based on the day we download the order. Please make sure to allow for this extra day when placing your order (see Shipping table for details).

Yes To, Inc. is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address. Should you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-888-92-YESTO.

UPS BASIC

You will normally receive your order within 7-10 business days. During certain times of year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the UPS.com website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Yes To, Inc. is not responsible for any UPS shipping delays.

UPS 2Day

You will receive your items within 3 business days (1 day to process your order + 2 days shipping). Please review the UPS.com website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Yes To, Inc. is not responsible for any UPS shipping delays.

UPS Standard Overnight

Your items will be delivered in 2 business days (1 day to process your order + 1 day shipping). Please review the UPS.com website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Yes To, Inc. is not responsible for any UPS shipping delays.

United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) Priority

This option is only available for PO BOX, APO, AK, HI.

ALASKA & HAWAII

UPS Basic and UPS Standard Overnight are not available. USPS Priority must be selected.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) shipping method. UPS Basic, 2Day and Overnight shipping are not available for service to P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Yes To products can only be ordered by and shipped to US customers only. Please see a list of all International Retail Locations to purchase Yes To products in your country.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order.

TRACKING AND SHIPMENT

All packages sent via UPS will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped. Yes To, Inc. is not liable for any lost shipments when USPS is selected as the shipping method. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments directly with USPS
