ORDERS & PAYMENTS

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER

Of course we can make changes to your order! We do, however, need to do it during the window before the order is in processing (anywhere between 1 hour and 24 hours). We know you are excited to get mail (so are we!), so we usually ship within 24-48 hours of receiving an order. Any changes to your order (billing, shipping, items, quantities, etc.) need to be called into our Customer Service Center at 1-888-92-YESTO. This will ensure prompt attention and a record of your request to refer back to.

MAIL-EMAIL-PHONE ORDERS

We do not accept orders by mail or email. We only accept orders on our ecommerce site or through our customer service phone line at 1-888-92-YESTO.

COUPON USE

Who doesn't love a coupon? Every little bit helps, that's our philosophy. We'll be sending out coupon codes and special offers, and there are a few things you should know. Only one coupon code may be used per order. Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, promotion or special incentive program and is not valid on (a) gift cards; (b) prior purchases; (c) or sale items unless promotion specifically states otherwise. Some coupons may have a minimum purchase associated. The coupon offer must be used at time of purchase and your order cannot be revised once placed. The discount is applied proportionately to all items in transaction (meaning if the promo applies to only one item, your total will reflect a discount on that one item and so on). Also, any return of merchandise purchased with a discount will be refunded for the proportionate amount actually paid. There is no cash value associated with any offer. Finally, the offer is valid only during the time specified or while supplies last (at times we will limit the number of times the coupon code can be redeemed, so be quick on the keyboard!).

PAYMENT

Yes To Carrots accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If a payment is denied, we will not be liable for any delay of delivery.

All transactions are processed through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that guarantees your personal and credit card information is transmitted to us using the most sophisticated encryption technology available. Further information can be found in our Security Policy.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AND PRICE MATCH

We do not adjust or match prices of our products at other retailers.

SALES TAX

Yes To Carrots is headquartered in California and we are required by law to charge sales tax within California. We have employees and/or hold inventory in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Washington, and are thus required to charge sales tax in those states as well. No other states are charged sales tax. Shipping is taxable as a part of your order in CA, IL, and MI.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Yes To Carrots does not place special orders at this time.
